穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的疗效,为临床治疗该病寻求一种更好的方法。[方法]将150例合适病例随机分为三组,每组为50例,埋线组采用穴位埋线进行治疗,针刺组采用传统针刺进行治疗,西药组则口服消炎痛,分别于治疗前后统计其痛经症状评分,从而进行疗效分析。[结果]埋线组的症状积分改善及临床疗效均优于西药组(P<0.01),也优于针刺组(P<0.05),其自身前后改变也有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,且简便实用,值得临床推广。[Objective] To explore the cure effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on primary dysmenorrheal for a better method to the disease in clinic. [Method] Randomly divide into 3 groups, n=50, treatment group take acupoint catgut implantation; acupuncture group, traditional acupuncture; western medicine group, Xiaoyan Tong; make statistics on dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment, and makes effect analysis. [Result] The symptoms integral of treatment group is better than other 2 groups, and there＇s marked difference between before and after treatment for itself. [ Conclusion] Acupoint catgut implantation has good cure effect on primary dysmenorrhea, simple and practical, worthy clinical promotion.
