摘 要:目的:对甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HBMA),N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为原料共聚制备角膜接触镜材料的水凝胶膜进行透氧性能及蛋白沉淀等因素的测定。方法:膨胀计法与染料结合分光光度计法。结果:水凝胶膜的透氧性能(DK/L值)最高达到32.5 cm3/(cm2·s·mmHg),在人体体温范围内透氧性能稳定;水凝胶膜上牛血清蛋白沉积随着温度的升高,时间延长而增加,但在人体体温范围内沉积量仅1.6 mg,沉积5 d后其沉积量很少为2.6 mg。结论:所合成的HEMA-NVP二元共聚物水凝胶膜的透氧性能可以达到商品角膜接触镜材料的水平,在人体体温范围内具有良好的抗蛋白沉积的作用。Aim: To observe oxygen permebility and protein precipitation of hydrogel film of contact lens. Methods: I-Iydrogel film of contact lens material was prepared by 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate ( HE- MA) and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(NVP). Oxygen permeability and protein precipitation and other factors were measured by oxygen permeability and dye-binding spectrophotometer. Results: It was found that maximum Oxygen permeability of hydrogel film( DK/L) was 32. 5 cm3/( cm2 ~ s ~ mmHg), and oxygen permeability was stable in the range of human body temperature; Bovine serum albumin deposition of hy- drogel film increases with time in the range of human body temperature, but the deposition was rarely 2. 6 mg after 5 days. Conclusion: Oxygen permeability of HEMA-NVP copolymer hydrogel film could reach the level of contact lens products, and the hydrogel film has good effect in anti-protein deposition in the range of human body temperature.
