旋磁场物理疗法联合高频电泪道成形术治疗慢性泪囊炎的观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性泪囊炎的高频电泪道成形术后联合旋磁场物理治疗的效果。方法:高频电泪道成形术治疗的单侧慢性泪囊炎患者64例,随机分成术后常规泪道冲洗组(对照组)30例和术后常规泪道冲洗联合旋磁场物理治疗组(试验组)34例,随访观察1年后各组的治愈率。结果:有效率试验组为94.1%,对照组为76.7%,两组差异具有统计学意义(2=4.02,P<0.05)。结论:高频电泪道成形术后联合旋磁场进行物理治疗,能提高慢性泪囊炎高频电泪道成形术的治愈效果。Aim：To evaluate the effects of spin-magnetic-field-physical-therapy after the high-frequen- cy electrolacry-ocystoplasty. Methods： Sixty-four out-patients performed with high-frequencyelectro- lacryocystoplasty with unilateral chronic dacryocystitis, were randomly divided into two groups ： the 30 pa- tients in control group were treated with routine irrigation of lacrimal passages after operation, and on the basis of routine irrigation of lacrimal passages, the 34 patients in ex-perimental group were also treated with rotating-magnetic-field-physical-therapy, after one-year follow-up. Then the cure rate and compli- ance in the two groups were observed. Results： After one-year follow-up, the cure rate of experimental group and control group were 88% and 67% respectively, a significant-was shown in cure rate between the two groups. Conclusion：Spin-magnetic-field-physical-therapy with High-frequency electrolacryocys- toplasty can improve the cure rate of high-frequency electrolacryocystoplasty.
