摘 要:测量切片中的组织和细胞的面积、灰度等 ,并加以比较、分析 ,是医疗研究中常见的工作。直接测量不易实现 ,误差大。本文介绍了一种图像处理方法 ,使我们通过计数切片图像中的像素个数和灰度 ,算出它的面积和平均灰度等结果。实践证明 ,该方法准确、可行、简便 ,并且可以检测出人眼不能察觉的细微差别。In medical research, when we measure the cells and tissues through the microscope, it's difficult to get the accurate data, such as the area and the average dyed value of them and so on. Image processing can solve such problems effectively. In this paper, we introduce a mechod to show the image under the microscope on the monitor, and to abstract the contours of the cells and tissues for measuring the area and average color. The method has been applied to some anatomic problems and proved that it's used easily、conveniently and efficiently.
