脑出血脑疝患者行脑内血肿部分清除术联合尿激酶注入的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑内血肿部分清除加去骨瓣减压术联合尿激酶注入对脑出血脑疝患者的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2010年12月间收治的120名脑出血脑疝患者的手术资料,比较不同手术方法的预后。结果:行脑内部分血肿清除术联合尿激酶注入组患者术后CT复查见局部脑皮质沟回显示清晰,预后优于对照组。结论:脑出血脑疝患者行脑内部分血肿清除联合尿激酶注入手术并发症少,预后较好,是一种安全有效的手术方法。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect on cerebral hemorrhage patients with brain hernia using decompressive surgery and partial hematoma elimination method.Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of cerebral hemorrhage combined with brain hernia hospitalized in our hospital during years 2009 to 2010 were retrospectively studied.Results： Distinct brain grooves and gyri could be displayed in CT scanning in the patients underwent combined treatment,and the complications were less and the prognosis was better in combined treatment group than in control group.Conclusion： Partial hematoma elimination surgery combined with urokinase infusion is superior to conventional treatment in complication prevention,prognosis,safety,and recent outcomes.
