摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市儿童预防接种个案信息化管理情况,为免疫规划管理提供科学依据。方法采用《金苗免疫助手系统》软件,建立儿童预防接种个案数据库,通过磁卡识别系统进行接种。结果截至2010年儿童接种个案信息常住与流动儿童分别录入794 015和117 192人,录入管理率分别为99.80%、96.11%;流动儿童建卡、证信息化电子网络管理前后相比具有统计学意义(χ2=4.52,0.01<P<0.05),"七苗"全程及乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率有统计学意义(χ2=125.34,P<0.01,χ2=278.16,P<0.01)。结论实施网络化管理后提高了流动儿童接种率和乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率,有效地解决了流动人口异地接种难的问题,通过先进的服务系统及时为儿童家长提供接种信息,有效地防止了漏种、错种和重复接种现象的发生。Objective To understand the situation of the case information management for vaccination of children, to pro-vide a scientific basis for immunization program management. Methods Using the software ＂ Golden Seedling Immunity Assistant System＂, establishing the vaccination of children case database, carries on the vaccination through the mageard recognition system. Results Up to 2010, the data input of vaccination of children in case information of the constant and the migrant children is 794 015 and 117 192 respectively, and the input management rate is 99.80% and 96.11% respec-tively. Before and after the establish of the cards and the certificates and the informationization management for the migrant children has statistics significance （X^2= 4.52, 0.01 〈 P 〈0.05 ） , the entire journey of the ＂seven seedlings＂ and the the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine has statistics significance （X^2 = 125.34, P 〈0.01, and X^2 = 278.16, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclu- sion After the implementation of the network management, vaccination rates of the migrant children and the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine inoculation rate have been enhanced ,and the problem that it is difficult to vaccinate the floating popula- tion in different places has been solved effectively. Through advanced service system, in a timely manner to provide vacci-nated information for parents of children, we can effectively prevent the leakage vaccination, the wrong kinds of vaccination and the repeat vaccinated phenomenon.
