摘 要:通过不同冶炼方法得到了分别含有0.001S%、0.004S%和0.016S%的试验钢,利用定量金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法,获得了夹杂物特征参数,研究了该试验钢的冲击韧性。结果表明,随着硫含量地降低,夹杂物体积分数和尺寸减小,夹杂物间距增加;夹杂物类型和体积分数对高温回火钢板冲击韧性影响较大,对低温回火钢板冲击韧性影响较小;400℃以下回火时,该试验钢的冲击吸收功区别不大;回火温度超过400℃时,随着夹杂物体积百分数地增加,冲击吸收功明显降低。Some 40CrNi2Mo steels with 0.001S%,0.004S% and 0.016S% were produced by different metallurgy processes.The characteristic inclusion parameters were analyzed by quantitative metallography,SEM and EDAX.The impact toughness of experimental steels was researched.The results show that the volume,size and spacing of inclusions decrease when the content of sulfide increases.The effects of type and volume of inclusions on the impact toughness is significantly higher at high tempering temperature than that of at lower tempering temperature.The impact toughness of experiment steel has little difference,when the tempering temperature is below 400 ℃.The impact toughness of experimental steel decreases obviously when the volume of inclusion increases,when the tempering temperature is above 400℃.
