摘　　要：根据钻套的技术要求,选用20钢作为钻套材料,对其常规热处理工艺进行改进,可缩短热处理工艺时间,降低生产成本,延长钻套的使用寿命。According to the technical requirements of sleeve parts,20 steel was chosen as the material of drill sleeve.The conventional heat treatment process of drill sleeve was improved,the new heat treatment process can short the time of heat treatment process,reduce the production cost,and greatly extend the working life of drilling sleeve.
