摘 要:为提高35CrMo钢的低温韧性,采用常规热处理和"零保温"淬火工艺进行对比,通过对比金相组织、硬度、冲击功及断口的宏微观形貌,研究"零保温"淬火对钢低温韧性的影响。结果表明,"零保温"淬火可使35CrMo钢获得非常细小的板条马氏体,能有效改善其低温韧性;890℃"零保温"淬火可使材料获得组织均匀细小的索氏体,材料低温韧性明显提高。To improve the low temperature toughness of 35CrMo steel,speciments treated by the traditional heat treatment and "zero time holding" quenching technic were compared.The influences of "zero time holding" quenching on the low temperature toughness of the steel were studied by microstructure,hardness,impact power and section image.The results indicate that the steel can obtain lath martensite which is very thin,and this kind of metallurgical structure can improve the low temperature toughness of the steel remarkably.When the "zero time holding" quenching temperature is 890 ℃,and the tempering temperature is 500 ℃,the steel can obtain well-distributed and small sorbite,and the low temperature toughness increases obviously.
