摘  要:阐述了链轮高频热处理后产生畸变的原因,从高频感应加热原理,加热温度、淬火冷却后产生组织结构变化带来的影响,以及从材料、热力学、应力和应变等方面进行了分析,最终提出了防止链轮高频热处理畸变的措施。根据这些措施处理后的链轮满足了厂家提出的技术要求,降低了产品废品率,取得了好的经济效益。The distortion reasons for chain gear after high frequency heat treatment were reviewed from the principle of high frequency induction heat,heating temperature and the influence which comes from the tissue structure change after quench cooling,and was analyzed in detail from the aspects of material,thermodynamics,stress,strain and so on.Finally,the measure for avoiding the distortion of chain gear after high frequency heat treatment was worked out.The chain gear which is disposed by these measures can satisfy the workshops' technique plant,reduce the waste product rate,and have acquired good economic benefit.
