摘  要:对铸态及固溶态高铝Ni3Al基合金进行不同温度的热处理,并用扫描电镜对合金的组织转变进行观察。结果表明:当热处理温度为1220℃时,随MCⅡ碳化物转变在M23C6碳化物周围产生γ'包膜,造成枝晶干γ/γ'两相区及β-NiAl相的减小;枝晶间富集元素的扩散也可引起单相γ'区的扩大及β-NiAl相的减小,但作用较小;当热处理温度为1260℃时,单相γ'区发生回溶减小,借此造成β-NiAl相及γ/γ'两相区显著扩大。The heat treatment at different temperatures was taken to research the cast and solutied Ni3Al-based alloy with high Al content.The microstructure transformation was studied using SEM.The results show that: when the temperature is 1220 ℃,with the transformation reaction of MC Ⅱcarbides happened,the γ' envelope can be created around the M23C6 carbides,which can result a dramatic decrease for the β-NiAl phase and the γ/γ' two-phase area on dendritic.The diffusion for the enriched elements on the interdendritic area can also result a enlarging for the single γ' phase area,but this function is minute.When the heat treatment temperature is 1260 ℃,the single γ' phase area has a solid-solution and then be decreased,depending on that the β-NiAl phase and γ/γ' two-phase area can be enlarged.
