摘　　要：采用"30 t电炉熔炼→LF精炼→VD真空处理→浇注"工艺试制高品质40Mn18Cr4护环钢。通过控制钢中C、Si、S、P等元素和合理的真空处理工艺,得到目标成分要求的钢水;通过对浇注系统进行清洁、干燥及浇注后期进行冒口补注等措施,得到合格的钢锭。经过合理的锻造、热处理,其力学性能的各项指标都达到了目标要求。Protecting ring steel 40Mn 18Cr4 with high quality is trial-manufactured by adopting the process of 30 t EAF smelting→LF refining→VD treatment→pouring. By the precise control of C, Si, S, P in steel and rational vacuum processing, the liquid steel to meet the requirements of the target chemical composition can be obtained. Through the measurements of cleaning and drying the gating system and riser supplementary pouting in the pouring late, qualified ingot can be gained. After reasonable forging and heat treatment, all of the mechanical property indicators of the steel can reach the objective requirements.
