摘  要:在高应力滚滑动(滑动率约为0.5%,5%,10%)条件下,利用自制的磨损试验机研究了高钒高速钢的摩擦磨损性能,并利用电子显微镜分析了失效行为。结果表明:高应力滚滑动接触使高钒高速钢中的奥氏体转化为马氏体,并使马氏体发生严重的碎化。滑动率对高钒高速钢的摩擦磨损行为有显著影响。当滑动率为5.12%时,摩擦系数最高,滑动率升高或降低均使摩擦系数降低。随着滑动率增加,高钒高速钢的磨损率增加,其磨损失效方式逐渐由疲劳磨损为主转变为滑动磨损为主。Under high stress rolling/sliding condition(with sliding ratio of about 0.5%,5% and 10%,respectively),the friction-wear properties of high vanadium high speed steel(HVHSS) were studied on a wear testing machine developed by authors,and the failure behavior was analyzed by electron microscopy.Results show that the retained austenite in the steel transforms to martensite under high stress rolling/sliding contact,and the martensite is broken into pieces severely.There is obvious effect of sliding ratio on friction-wear behavior of HVHSS.The friction coefficient is highest when the sliding ratio is 5.12%,and the value decreases whether the sliding ratio is increased or decreased.With the increasing of sliding ratio,the wear rate of HVHSS is raised obviously,and the wear failure mode varies from main fatigue wear to main sliding wear.
