摘　　要：目的:报告1例罕见气管壁钙化患儿,了解其临床特点及影像学特征。方法:对患儿的临床资料及X线、CT检查资料进行综合分析,并查找、复习国外文献。结果:明确患儿诊断为Keutel综合征。结论:临床上对有呼吸困难及气管钙化的患儿要考虑Keutel综合征的可能。Objective The purpose is to report a calcification of the cartilaginous of the trache-obronch case in child,and to recognize the clinical and imaging features on Keutel syndrome. MethodA comprehensive analysis of the clinical data and X-ray,CT. Some literatures involving some symptoms of this child were reviewed. Result This patient diagnosed with Keutel syndrome finally. Conclusion When we meet calcification of the cartilaginous of the tracheobronch patient in clinic,it may be Keutel syndrome.
