三伏贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎130例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价三伏贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将260例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各130例。治疗组于农历三伏的初、中、末伏的第1天开始给予穴位中药贴敷,每伏贴1～3次,每次贴敷时间为2～6h;对照组口服辛芩颗粒,每次5g,每天3次,两组均治疗30天为1个疗程。观察治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后1年两组患者的症状与体征积分变化,评价三伏贴疗法近期及远期疗效。结果两组治疗后1个月、治疗后1年症状及体征积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后1年,两组症状及体征积分差异有统计学意义,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1年,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三伏贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效可靠且具有较好的远期疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of plaster therapy for allergic rhinitis （AR） during three periods of greatest heat. Methods Totally 260 cases of AR were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 130 in each. The treatment group was given plaster therapy （a thick paste applied topically） from the 1st day of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd period of greatest heat, once to three times during each period, 2 to 6 hours each time. The control group was given Xinqin Granules [（granules of asarum （Asari Herba ） and scutellaria （Scutellariae Radix）], 1 package once, and three times daily. One treat- ment course lasted for 30 days. The short term and long term therapeutic effects in both groups were evaluated by changes in scores of signs and symptoms before treatment, one month after treatment and one year after treatment respectively. Results One month or one year later, the scores of signs and symptoms were significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0. 05）. One year later, the scores of signs and symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. One month later, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between groups （P〉0.05）. One year later, the total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plaster therapy is effective for AR during three periods of greatest heat with good long-term therapeutic effect as well.
