前列宁汤联合西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者39例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价前列宁汤联合西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将中重度Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者78例随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。两组均常规口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片,每次4mg,每日1次;口服环酯红霉素片,每次0.25g,每日2次。治疗组加服自拟前列宁汤。两组均同时辅以每周1次前列腺按摩治疗,以6周为1个疗程。在治疗前后分别对两组患者进行慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),包括患者疼痛、排尿不适评分,生活质量评分和总评分,并观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率89.74%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛、排尿不适、生活质量评分、NIH-CPSI总分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗组疼痛、排尿不适及NIH-CPSI总分治疗前后差值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列宁汤联合西药在改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者疼痛、排尿不适症状及总体疗效上较单用西药疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Qianliening Decoction （decoction for prostatitis） combined with western medication for type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with moderate to severe type 1Ⅲ prostatitis were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 39 in each. The control group was given the conventional western medication including doxazosin mesylate controlled release tablets, 4mg once, once daily and erythromycin cyclic 11, 12-carbonate tablets, 0.25g once, twice daily. The treatment group was given self-intended Qianliening Decoction in addition. Prostate massage was given to both groups once weekly. One treatment course lasted for 6 weeks. The National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom index （NIH-CPSI） including pain, urination malaise, quality of life （QOL） and total scores were scored before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 89.74% and 66.67% respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of pain, urination malaise, QOL, and total NIH-CPSI scores were significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0.01）. The scores of pain, urination malaise and total NIH-CPSI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qianliening Decoction combined with western medication is effective for type Ⅲ prostatitis in relieving pain and urination malaise. It has a better total efficacy as compared with single western medication.
