摘  要:采用活性染料墨水对绒面革进行数码印花。为解决绒面革印花后摩擦牢度较低的问题,在印花前采用不同试剂对皮革进行前处理,当采用亲水剂K-82罩印2层后进行数码印花,自然晾干后测试印花皮革的干摩擦牢度为4~5级、湿摩擦牢度为3~4级,印花图案色彩鲜艳,新颖别致,立体感强,提高了绒面革产品档次。The process of digital printing using the reactive dye ink on suede was studied. In order to solve the problem of poor rubbing fastness, the different reagents were covered on suede respectively before printing. When the suede was overprinted two times with the hydrophili the wet rubbing fastness product quality of suede c agent K - 82, then by digital printing, the dry rubbing fastness of the printed suede is 4 - 5 grade and is 3 - 4 grade. The printing design is chic and bright in color, and is strong in stereoscopic effect. So the could be improved.
