摘  要:以溴氨酸钠、2,4-二氨基苯磺酸钠为原料合成了一种蓝色染料母体(λmax=601nm),将染料母体"嫁接"到以3,4-二氢-2-甲氧基-2H-吡喃为主要原料合成的、具有戊二醛骨架的前体2,6-二甲氧基四氢吡喃上,再通过水解,得到了一种具有戊二醛骨架的同步鞣染材料活性黑X-B。紫外可见光谱分析发现:活性黑X-B在可见光区的吸收带较其染料母体吸收范围加宽,在400~600nm范围内有均匀吸收。用活性黑X-B对浸酸绵羊皮进行鞣染试验,结果表明:当鞣染剂用量达到浸酸绵羊皮质量分数的4%时,皮块的收缩温度可达到74℃,同时皮块被染成黑色。染色后的皮块在质量分数1%的平平加水溶液中洗涤90min后,与初始样品的色差ΔE<0.4,表明该染料具有良好的耐水洗牢度,具备活性染料的基本特性。2, 4 - diaminobenzenesulphonate sodium and 1 - amino - 4 - bromoanthraquinone - 2 - sulfonic acid sodium salt were adopted to synthesize a blue dye intermediate. Then the dye intermediate was connected to a precursor with glutaraldehyde - backbone, which was synthesized by 3, 4 - Dihydro - 2 - methoxy - 2H - pyran, N - bromosuccinimide and methanol as raw materials. The second intermediate was hydrolyzed to produce the simultaneous tanning - dyeing agent, named reactive black X - B, the target product. UV - vis analysis of the dye intermediate and reactive black X - B show that, the absorption of reactive black X - B in UV - vis range is wider than that of dye intermediate, and the reactive black X - B has a balanced absorption from 400nm to 600nm. The target product was applied to tan and dye pickled goat pelt and obtained black leather. The shrinkage tempreture (Ts)of leather is 74℃ when the dosage of simultaneous tanning -dyeing material is 4% (w/w). After washing 90mins, the chromatic aberration AE between the standard sample and test sample is less than 0.4. This result indicates that, the simultaneous tanning - dyeing material has the basic property of reactive dye, i. e, good washing fastness.
