摘  要:通过正交试验对福林酚比色法测定植物鞣剂的条件进行了优化,结果表明:测定最佳条件为福林酚试剂浓度为1∶1,碳酸钠的质量分数7.5%,50℃下反应30min,经分析,该法的稳定性、重现性好,精密度高。在最佳反应条件下所得数据的线性拟合结果表明,4种植物鞣剂的标准曲线线性关系良好,因此,可以利用福林酚比色法测定植物鞣剂的浓度。By optimizing the conditions of Folin - Ciocalteu colorimetry via orthogonal test, a study on determining the concentration of vegetable tanning agents was conducted. The results show that the best conditions is as follows : Folin - Ciocaheu concentration is 1: 1, mass fraction of sodium carbonate is 7.5%, reaction temperature is 50℃ and reaction time is 30rain. Folin - Ciocalteu colorimetry is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable for the suhs of linear fitting of data under the optimum condition show ar relationship. So Folin -Ciocalteu colorimetry could be used determination of the concentration of vegetable tanning agents. The rethat the standard curve of four to determine the concentration vegetable tanning agents has good lineof vegetable tanning agents.
