高效毛细管电泳内标法与外标法含量测定的比较

摘　　要：比较研究高效毛细管电泳内标法与外标法进行含量测定结果的差异。采用高效毛细管电泳内标法(以二苯胍为内标物)和外标法分别测定三黄泻心汤3种不同剂型中盐酸小檗碱的含量,并进行了比较。外标法测得结果较内标法偏低,高效毛细管电泳内标法比外标法含量测定结果理想。The differences in contents determination results between high performance capillary electrophoresis（HPCE） internal standard method and external standard method were compared and investigated.The contents of berberine hydrochloride in 3 kind of different preparation formulation Sanhuangxiexin decoctions by HPCE with internal standard method（with melaniline as internal standard substance） and external standard method were compared.The determined results of the external standard method were lower than that of internal standard method.The results of HPCE with internal standard method were better than external standard method.
