两种具有相似药效药物的红外光谱分析

摘　　要：首次采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定了云南白药、滚山虫的红外光谱图,初步分析了2种药物共同的吸收峰及归属。通过比较两种不同药物成分的红外光谱吸收峰,初步得出2种药物的相似药效的生物活性可能与3414、2926、1645、1536、1401、1042、864、703、580cm-1附近的吸收峰有关。此分析为两药材疗效的说明提供了科学依据。The Infrared spectra of Yunnan white drug and rolling mountain insect were firstly determined by Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopic instrument.The common adsorption peaks and ascriptions of both were preliminarily analyzed.Through comparison of Infrared spectra peaks of two different ingredients,it was obtained that the bioactivities of two drugs with similar pesticide effect were probably related to adsorption peaks around 3414,2926,1645,1536,1401,1042,864,703,580cm-1.The results provide the scientific knowledge for introductions of two drugs.
