摘  要:以酚羟基为识别位点,蒽醌基和偶氮基为信号报告基团,设计合成了识别阴离子的主体分子2-[(4羟-基苯基)偶氮]蒽醌。紫外-可见吸收光谱结果表明,在DM SO介质中,主体分子可以"裸眼"识别F-和A c-,吸收光谱发生显著变化,溶液颜色由黄色变为蓝绿色,其它阴离子不影响其对F-和A c-的识别。初步探讨了识别机理,表明主体分子与阴离子之间形成氢键促进了分子内电荷转移,使吸收光谱发生显著红移,溶剂对主体分子与阴离子之间的反应存在影响。The host molecule 2-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)azo] anthraquinone was designed and synthetized,that can recognize the anion,with o-hydroxy of phenolic as recognition site and anthraquinonyl and azo group as signal group.The UV-Vis absorption spectra showed that the host molecule could recognize F-and Ac-in naked eye in DMSO solution,there was the remarkable changes in absorption spectra and the color of the solution turned from yellow to blue green,but the addition of the other anions did not affect its identification to F-and Ac-.The recognition mechanism was preliminarily discussed to indicate that the hydrogen bond was formed between host molecule and anions,which promoted the intramolecular charge-transfer,resulting in a significant red shift of the absorption spectra.Besides,the solvent had some effects on the reaction between the host molecule and anions.
