抑制铁阻抑甲基橙褪色动力学分光光度法测定痕量维生素C

摘　　要：在H2SO4介质中,痕量维生素C的存在对铁(Ⅲ)阻抑KB rO3氧化甲基橙褪色反应有很强的抑制作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学分光光度法测定痕量维生素C的新方法。在选定条件下,方法的线性范围是0.06—0.65μg/mL,检出限为0.0086μg/mL。In a dilute sulfuric acid medium,trace Vc shows a strong inhibitory effect on the Iron（Ⅲ）-methyl orange-KBrO3 system,basing on which a new kinetic spectrophotometry for determinination of trace Vc was established.The linear range and the detection limit of the method were 0.06—0.65μg/mL and 0.0086μg/mL,respectively.
