摘 要:地震地球化学样品中的主微量元素蕴含着丰富的地震信息,因此如何准确、经济、快捷地测定样品中主微量元素是目前很多学者关注的焦点。本文利用X射线荧光光谱仪,采用熔融法和粉末压片法测定地震地球化学样品中的主微量元素,方法的准确度用GBW 07110和GSS-1标准样品验证,结果均在标准范围内;方法的精密度用GSS-1标准样品检验,除Cr、Sm、Th、U 4种元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)大于10%外,其余被测元素的RSD均不大于7.78%。实验表明采用熔融法制样,使样品成为非晶态共熔体,从而消除了样品的矿物效应和粒度效应,适宜测量地震地球化学样品中的主量元素,准确度高;粉末压片法能显著地提高峰背比值,降低元素检出限,具有方法简便、灵敏、准确等优点,能很好的测量地球化学样品中的微量元素。同时,X射线荧光光谱法多元素分析、非破坏性测定和成本低等优点备受学者青睐。The major and trace elements of seismic geochemical samples contain abundant seismic information.Many scholars pay attention to how to accurately,economically and rapidly measure the major and trace elements in samples.The major and trace elements of seismic geochemical samples were measured by powder press slice method and melting method combining with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The accuracy of the two methods was validated by the standard samples of GBW 07110 and GSS-1,and the results all were within the normal scope.The precision of the methods was verified by the standard GSS-1 and the RSDs of the measured elements were not more than 7.78% except for four elements including Cr,Sm,Th and U over 10%.The experiment indicated that the melting method which made the samples to be amorphous eutectics to eliminate the mineralogical effects and granularity effects of samples,and was suitable for measuring the major elements of seismic geochemical samples with high precision.The powder press slice method significantly improved the back ratio of the peak,and reduced element detection limits of elements,that was a good method to measure the trace elements of seismic geochemical samples with simple operation and good sensitivity and precision.At the same time,many scholars favor the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry because of the advantages of multielement analyses,non-disruptive determination and low cost.
