摘 要:以1,4二-氧六环/水混合溶液为溶剂,采用液相还原法制备了一维Cu纳米带。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征,考察了溶剂的组成、反应温度和混合表面活性剂浓度对产物形貌的影响,并初步探讨了一维Cu纳米带的形成机理。结果表明,适宜条件下Cu纳米粒子能选择性地沿着(111)晶面生长,形成具有体心立方结构的一维Cu纳米带。以罗丹明B为探针分子,研究了一维Cu纳米带的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性,结果表明该类型纳米Cu是一种较好的SERS基底。1D copper nanobelts was prepared by liquid phase reduction method with 1,4-dioxane/H2O mixture solution as solvent.The morphology and crystal structure of product were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectrometer.The effects of solvent composition,reaction temperature and the concentration of mixture surfactants on the morphology of product were investigated,and its formation mechanism were investigated.It was confirmed that the copper nanoparticles selectively grown along the(111) lattice plane,then formed 1D copper nanobelts with body-centered cubic structure.With Rhodamine B as probe molecule,the surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) activities of the 1D copper nanobelts were investigated.The results show that the Cu nanoparticle is a kind of good SERS-active substrate.
