摘  要:在硫酸与抗坏血酸介质中,痕量铅(Ⅱ)对溴酸钾氧化偶氮氯磷(Ⅰ)褪色反应有催化作用。据此,建立了催化动力学分光光度法测定痕量铅(Ⅱ)的方法。在选定条件下,方法的线性范围是0.2—1.2ng/mL,检出限为9.2×10-8g/mL,表观活化能为82.95kJ/m o。l方法用于测定土壤中的铅(Ⅱ),相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%—3.4%,平均加标回收率为98.5%—101.0%(n=6)。In sulphuric acid and ascorbic acid medium,trace lead(Ⅱ) had a strong catalysis effect on the fading and oxidation reaction of chlorophosphonazo Ⅰ by potassium bromate.Based on these phenomenas,a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace lead(Ⅱ) was established.The detection limit and the linear range of lead(Ⅱ)were 9.2×10-8g/mL and 0.2—1.2ng/mL under the chosed conditions.The apparent activation energy was 82.95kJ/mol.The method was used for the determination of lead(Ⅱ)in soil,and the relative standard deviation was 3.1%—3.4%,and the average recovery rate was in the range of 98.5%—101.0%(n=6).
