摘  要:以猪苓为原料,通过二次回归正交试验优化了猪苓多糖的提取工艺条件。结果表明:影响猪苓多糖提取率的因素顺序为:提取温度>料液比>pH>微波提取时间>微波功率;最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间3min,温度70.0℃,料液比1∶24.7(g/mL),pH 6.91,微波功率400W,猪苓多糖的提取率为2.86%。The extraction technology conditions of polysaccharide in the polyporus were optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal test with polyporus as raw material.The results showed that the factors which affected the extraction rate of polysaccharide in the polyporus obeyed the order as follows:extraction temperatureratio of material to solventpHmicrowave extraction timemicrowave power.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:microwave extraction time of 3min,extraction temperature of 70.0℃,ratio of material to solvent of 1∶24.7 g/mL,pH of 6.91,microwave power of 400W.The extraction rate of polysaccharides from the polyporus was 2.86% under the optimal conditions.
