摘 要:采用共沉淀法合成了钴铝水滑石(CoAl-LDH),将CoAl-LDH与聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)通过层层自组装法构筑LDH多层膜电极,并将其应用于葡萄糖的分析测定研究。X射线衍射光谱、红外光谱和SEM表明:共沉淀法合成的CoAl-LDH具有典型的水滑石特征峰和形貌。紫外-可见光谱表明:CoAl-LDH可与PSS均匀有效地组装构筑多层膜。电化学研究表明:CoAl-LDH能有效地检测葡萄糖,随着PSS/CoAl-LDH组装层数的增加,电极的电化学响应增加。研究结果表明,CoAl-LDH电极对葡萄糖的分析检测具有宽的线性范围和好的灵敏度。Cobalt aluminium layered double hydroxides(CoAl-LDH) were synthesized by coprecipitation.A layered double hydroxide(LDH) multilayer electrode was constructed with CoAl-LDH and polystyrene sulfonate sodium(PSS) via layer-by-layer(LBL) self-assembly,which was applied to the determination of glucose.X-ray diffraction spectrum,infrared spectrum and SEM were used to observe the typical LDH characteristic peaks of CoAl-LDH and morphology.UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to observe the uniform LBL self-assembly of CoAl-LDH and PSS.Electrochemical study showed that CoAl-LDH multilayer electrode could effectively detect glucose,and the response of the electrode increased with the increasing of the PSS/CoAl-LDH bi-Layer.The experimental results showed a wide linear range and good sensitivity when the CoAl-LDH electrode was applied to the determination of glucose.
