摘 要:采用红外光谱与电感耦合等离子体-质谱联用法研究生、煅石膏,确定炮制先后石膏所含元素含量及结构变化,从而初步探明石膏不同炮制品种产生不同功效的差异物质基础。炮制前后的生、煅石膏红外光谱图和元素含量上均有明显差异,生石膏经加热处理后,煅石膏中H2O的吸收峰消失;煅制后石膏Ca、Mg、Zn、Na元素的溶出有明显增加,Al、Se元素的溶出有明显减少。通过实验研究,初步判定产生生石膏清热泻火、除烦止渴功效与煅石膏收敛、生肌、敛疮、止血功效差异的物质基础是Ca、Mg、Zn、Na元素含量增长,Al、Se元素减少;石膏炮制前后功效变化的原因为炮制后物质质地松软溶出增加、CaSO4.2H2O中结晶水丢失和挥发性元素高温锻制,造成Ca、Mg、Zn、Na元素含量增长,Al、Se元素的溶出有明显减少;为临床合理利用石膏及石膏现代研究奠定基础。The gypsum fibrosum and gypsum fibrosum preparatum were investigated by infrared spectrum coupled with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the contents of elements in gypsum before and after processing drugs and their structure changes were identified,and the difference material base of different gypsum processing drugs which generated the different functions were primarily verified.There were obvious difference in IR spectra and element contents of gypsum before and after processing drugs,after gypsum fibrosum was heated,the water absorption peak of gypsum fibrosum preparatum disappeared and the released amounts of Ca,Mg,Zn and Na elements obviously increased,by that of Al and Se obviously decreased.The increasing contents of Ca,Mg,Zn and Na and decreasing of Al and Se were the difference material base,which generated the functions of clearing away heat and reducing fire,cool thirst and arrestment restless for gypsum fibrosum and the functions of constriction,promotion of tissue regeneration,gathered boils and hemostasis for gypsum fibrosum preparatum.The causes of function changes for gypsum before and after processing drugs were the character of the compound in gypsum after processing drugs was mellow and the released amounts increased,the crystal water in CaSO4·2H2O disappeared and the volatility elements were treated by high temperature for forging,then the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn and Na brought about increase and that of Al and Se were obviously decreased.The results provided the establishment foundation for reasonable utilization of gypsum in clinical and gypsum modern investigation.
