摘  要:采用酸溶密闭溶样处理样品,电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定地质样品中的微量硼。方法检出限为0.029μg/g。测定国家标准物质,测定结果均在标准值的允许误差范围内,同一样品11次分析结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.20%。方法简便、结果可靠、使用化学试剂少,适用于大批地质样品的分析测试。The samples were treated by closed digestion with acid,and trace boron in geological samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The detection limit of method was 0.029μg/g.The determining results were in range of allowable error of certified values through determination of National standard reference samples,and RSD was 5.20% for determination of same sample(n=11).The method has the advantages of simple operation,reliable results and less reagent,and is suitable for analysis and detection of geological samples in large batch.
