摘  要:本试验选用昆明种小鼠160只,分为4组,每组40只,对照组灌胃1 mL生理盐水,各试验组将酵母多糖、虫草菌丝体多糖、灵芝菌丝体多糖、黄芪多糖等量复配溶液,分别按高、中、低三个剂量进行灌胃(140、70 mg/kg体重和35 mg/kg体重)。试验期为30 d。研究不同剂量复合多糖对小鼠增重率、免疫器官指数、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、IgG和抗应激能力的影响。结果表明,高、中、低剂量复合多糖均能明显提高小鼠的免疫能力和抗应激能力,并且随着添加量的增加和添加时间的延长作用效果越明显。In this experiment, 160 mices were divided into 4 groups of 40 each,the control group was given 1 mL normal saline by gavage,the test groups were given multi-component of solution yeast polysaccharide, Cordyceps polysaccharides, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides,Astragalus polysaccharidethe in equal ratio at three dose by gavage,respectively, the high-dose group (140 mg polysaccharide/kg body weight),the middle dose group (70 mg polysaccharide/kg body weight),low-dose group (35 mg polysaccharide/kg body weight),the trial period was 30 d.The experiment was conducted to study the effects of polysaccharides compounds of high, medium ,low dose group on weight gain rate,immune organs indices,or phagocytic percentages, phagocytic index, IgG and anti-stress abilities in mice.The results showed that:the high, medium and low dose could increase immunity and stress resistance ability of mice,the more the addition and the longer the time,stronger effects were showed.These results indicated that,the compound polysaccharide could improve the immune function and anti-stress abilities of mice.In the practical application,the low dose could meet the production requirement.
