摘 要:针对织物图形在加工的过程中或熨烫之后,可能存在热胀冷缩等变形的问题,目前一般采用单一图形模板切割的方法,但不能满足变形织物切割的要求,因此提出了基于标记点的激光切割校正方法。以织物中的标记点为基准,以CCD相机为工具,采用SSDA算法查找获取标记点的实际坐标,通过最小二乘法对二元多项式进行曲面拟合,获得从理想图像坐标到实际图像坐标的变换公式,得到了实际织物图形的切割数据,实现了对切割图形的校正。实验结果表明,采用激光切割方法能实现切割图形实际坐标畸变校正,有效地提高了切割精度。Fabric graphics have the problems of deformation such as heat bilges cold shrink in processing or after ironing. A single template of graphics is used to cut graphics at present, however, this algorithm cannot satisfy the need of cutting the deformed fabric. Aiming at this problem, the paper put forward the laser cutting correction method based on the marker. In this algorithm, the marker was taken as the benchmark, CCD camera was used as the tool, SSDA algorithm was adopted to find the actual coordinates which get the marker, and surface fitting was carried out with binary polynomials by the least-square method. Finally, we obtained the transform formula from the ideal image coordinates to the actual image coordinates and then acquired the cutting data of actual fabric graphics to realize the correction of cutting graphics. The experimental results show that the method can correct deformation correction of the actual coordinate of cutting graphics and effectively improve the cutting precision.
