浅析部分文献关于投资发展周期理论表述与应用的谬误

摘　　要：本文首先通过引证关于投资发展周期理论的几篇经典原文文献,理清该理论的发展脉络;在此基础上将国内部分文献对该理论的表述和应用同原文文献进行对比,发现国内大部分文献特别是教材对投资发展周期理论的表述和应用存在不同程度的谬误;最后剖析了这些谬误产生的原因,并对该理论的表述和应用问题提出自己的看法。This paper first clarifies the development context of the investment development cycle theory by reference of several classic original literature on it ; then compares the formulation and application of the some domestic literature on the investment development cycle theory with that of the original literature , finding that the fallacy of varying degrees of on the formulation and application of the investment development cycle theory lies in most of the domestic literature, textbooks in particular; in the end, after analyzing of the causes of these fallacies, puts forward some viewpoints on the formulation and application of the investment development cycle theory.
