摘  要:将可变模糊集发展到可变模糊清晰集,简称可变集,研究建立清晰性与模糊性两者动态变化统一的可变集理论,并将其应用于水资源系统优选决策实践。提出动态与模糊对立公理和基于可变集的水资源系统优选决策原理与方法。给出两个应用实例,并与可拓学、模糊集对分析优选方法进行了详细的比较分析。结果表明可变集不仅对水资源系统优选决策,而且可推广用于其他系统,如水利水电、土木建筑工程系统等众多领域的优选决策,具有广宽的应用前景。The theory of variable fuzzy sets is developed to variable fuzzy and clear sets referred to as vari- able sets. Study and establish the unity of opposite theorem that the clarity and fuzziness both change dynamic and get the research applied into the practice of optimal decision making for water resource system. Proposed the variable sets' unity of opposite theory and raised the principle and method of water resource system optimization decision making based on the variable sets. Given two examples of application, compared and analyzed with the Extenies and Fuzzy set pair analysis optimal method in detail. The result shows that the variable set is not only useful to optimizing assessment for the water resource system, but also for the other system, such as the water conservancy other fields' optimal decision making, having the broad and hydropower, civil engineering system and many application potential.
