摘 要:目的采用一测多评法建立同时测定复方丹参片中4种丹参酮类成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法以丹参酮ⅡA为内标,建立其与二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ的相对校正因子,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,计算二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA的含量,实现一测多评。结果建立的相对校正因子重现性良好,采用相对校正因子计算的含量与外标法实测值无显著性差异。结论一测多评法可用于复方丹参片中丹参酮类成分的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To develop a new method for simultaneous determination of four tanshinones in Compound Salvia Mil- trorrhiza Tablets and validate its feasibility. METHODS Four tanshinones, dihydrotanshinone I , cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone Ⅱ A, were selected as analytes to evaluate the quality of Compound Salvia Miltrorrhiza Tablets. The relative analysis cor- rection factors (RCF) of tanshinone Ⅱ A to other three tanshinones were calculated. The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS method. RESULTS No significant differences were found in the quantitative analysis results of three tanshinones between external standard method and QAMS method. CONCLUSION The de- scribed method is feasible, accurate, and can be used for the oualitv control of Compound Salvia Miltrorrhiza Tablets.
