摘　　要：投资估算是一个项目建设非常重要的一项工作。现在的建筑工程造价都是非常复杂的,前期的投资估算的准确程度直接影响着投资方案的选择,对于一个项目的可行性起着非常重要的作用,所以说合理的投资决策是整个工程造价的控制和有效应用非常关键的,所以应当充分挖掘项目投资决策阶段的各个因素,重视项目投资决策阶段。The investment estimate is a very important work in project construction. Building project cost is very complex, and the accuracy of estimates of pre-investment directly impacts the choice of the investment program, and it plays a very important role in the feasibility of a project, so reasonable investment decision is critical to the entire project cost control and effective application, so it should fully tap the various elements of the project investment decision-making stage and emphasize the project investment decision-making stage.
