摘　　要：考虑上海市拟借科技园区布局高新技术产业发展的需要,依据主导产业选择与评判的基本标准,设计了上海科技园区产业选择评价指标体系,采用OWA集成算子对专家评分结果进行综合处理,得出了上海九大高新技术产业在八大科技园区的优先布局及各园区在产业方面优先布局的结果。Consider the need of shanghai layout to develop high and new-tech industry in science park, the paper designs e- valuation index system on Shanghai science park according to the leading industry judge standard, makes the comprehensive processing to expert＇s mark using OWA integration expression, and gives the corresponding conclusion： the priority to arrangement of Shanghai nine high-tech industry in eight science park and the priority to arrangement of every science park to all industry.
