摘　　要：由于很多电视发射台都建立在山顶,难以接入公网,故而难以实施远程控制,基于此提出了将GSM网络与以太网相结合,使用GSM短消息进行远程监控的思想与方法。介绍了系统的总体设计方案,详细说明了设备代理和短信代理的软件结构,并介绍了各部件间的通信规约。应用实践证明了该方案的有效性。Since TV transmitting station always sited at mountains, it＇s not easy to connect it to public network, so it＇s hard to implement remote monitoring. A thinking that combining the GSM net and Ethernet, and applling remote monitoring with GSM short message service put forward. The total structure of the system is introduced, and the software designs of the device agent and the message server, as well as the communication protocols between each components are described. Application practices prove the effectiveness of this solution.
