摘　　要：结合新加坡环球影城项目的新型外墙体系进行一系列的材料性能研究,主要性能指标包括建筑物外墙材料物理性能、墙板承载力、隔声、防火、防水等。经试验研究表明,该种外墙板的各项性能指标均满足要求,为在各种复杂自然环境中采用该种外墙体系提供了有益的参考资料。Combined with the new external wall system of Singapore Universal Studio Project,it is conducted a series of studies on material properties,main performance indexes in clude outer wall materials’ physical properties of buildings,bearing capacity of wallboard,sound insulation,fire resistance,waterproof,etc.Tests show that all performance indexes of the outside wallboard meet the requirements.This provides a beneficial reference for using the external wall system in all kinds of complex natural environment.
