摘　　要：新加坡环球影城项目紧张的工期、快速的工程资料传递,造成了工作交界面多且问题复杂,不断出现的多层面工作协调信息等,都对项目的信息管理工作提出了更高的要求。因此,建立一个畅通而有效的信息传递和内部信息共享系统,科学化地处理工程信息成为保证项目顺利完成的关键。对新加坡环球影城项目中信息化系统的建设、使用及主要作用进行详细的介绍,从而为后续工程的信息化管理提供指导。Tense duration and rapid transfer of engineering material resulted in a lot of cross work and complicated problems in Singapore Universal Studio Project.There are a lot of work coordination information from different levels continuously,which make higher requirement to the job of information management.So,the key to ensure the project’s success is to build an unimpeded and effective system for information transfer,as well sharing and dealing with information scientifically.It is told in detail the development,application and main function of the information system in Singapore Universal Studio Project,which will offer a guidance for other information management of the follow-up projects in the future.
