摘　　要：结合新加坡名胜世界项目基坑工程设计与施工过程中与新加坡政府业务交涉的实践经验,系统综述新加坡政府对基坑工程的监督管理体系,以此引鉴和推动国内基坑工程监管体系的更快发展。Refer to the practice from the procedure of Building Construction Authority（BCA） of Singapore in the excavation engineering of Resorts World Singapore,supervision and management system to excavation engineering of the Singapore BCA is comprehensively reviewed,which can promote the innovation in the management system of excavation engineering of China.
