高密度、小地块城市环境中的高层办公建筑设计研究

摘　　要：以上海新华东国际大厦设计为例,从城市设计的角度出发探讨高密度、小地块城市环境中的高层办公建筑设计。首先,探讨了基于日照分析的上海新华东国际大厦的总体设计;其次,结合缩微化策略探讨了改善高层办公建筑近地面城市公共空间环境品质的方法和手段。在此基础上得出结论:这种城市环境下的高层办公建筑设计应更加注重建筑近地面处的细密化、孔洞化、人性化及精细化处理,以融合开放的姿态与城市取得和谐的关系。Taking the design of Shanghai Xinhuadong International Office Building for example,it is explored the way to design the high-rise office buildings on the background of high-density and small land parcel in city from the angle of urban design.Firstly,it is explored the master plan of Shanghai Xinhuadong International Office Building based on the sunshine analysis.Secondly,it is probed into the effective methods to improve the environment qualities of the public spaces nearly to the ground of the high-rise office building combining with theory of microfilming strategy Finally,it is concluded that in the design of a high-rise office building in this kind of environment much attention should be paid to the microfilming compartmentalize,opening hole,human nature and meticulous treatment in order to attain harmonious relations with the city.
