摘　　要：产后瘫痪多发于高产奶牛,为致死性代谢病,其治疗以补钙为主,根据临床表现,有时需钙镁同补,但要控制好用药剂量。乳房送风治疗乳房炎疗效切实。中兽医的补血益气,祛风活络是治疗本病有效的辅助方法。Postpartum paralysis is a lethal metabolic diseases,which has high incidence in high producing dairy cows.Calcium supplement was the major method of therapy for dairy cow with postpartum paralysis,and sometimes Mg supplementation was needed,according to the clinical manifestation,but the dosage must be controlled.Breast air supply yields good result for postpartum paralysis.Some traditional Chinese veterinary therapeutic methods were effective auxiliary method for curing the disease--enriching the qi and blood,expelling wind and activating collaterals.
