摘  要:对于高品质钢的冶炼,RH真空循环脱气工艺功能强大,技术效益显著,目前在国内的应用越来越普遍。采用质谱炉气分析系统在线分析RH工艺过程的气体成分,结合流量、温度测控技术,可以实现对RH工艺的过程优化和终点控制。本文介绍了安钢第二炼轧厂RH工艺中采用的质谱炉气分析系统的组成、安装布局、分析性能和现场的工作模式等,并采用吹氧脱碳处理工艺、不吹氧脱碳处理工艺和脱气处理工艺对炉气分析系统进行测试。结果表明:该系统能够实时、连续和准确地反映处理过程中各成分随时间的变化,60米采样距离时系统总滞后时间小于40s,炉气成分变化过程同处理工艺完全吻合。可预见采用炉气分析技术,能为RH精炼工艺的终点控制及工艺的实时调整提供判据,从而缩短RH冶炼时间,提升冶炼品质。For the smelting of high-quality steel,the RH vacuum circulation degassing process has been widely used in China due to its powerful processing function and significant benefits.The gas composition in RH process can be on-line analyzed with mass spectrometric gas analysis system.In combination with gas flow and temperature measurement and control technology,the process optimization and end-point control of RH process can be realized.In this paper,the structure,installation layout,analysis performance and work mode in the field of mass spectrometric gas analysis system used in RH process of No.2 steel-making and rolling plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Group was introduced.Three RH processes,including oxygen blowing decarburization treatment,decarburization treatment and degassing treatment,have been used to test the performance of the analyzing system.The results showed that,this system could monitor the changes of each component in the exhaust gas of RH real-time,continuously and accurately.The total latency of the system was less than 40s for the sampling distance of 60 m.The gas composition curves were fully consistent with the treatment process.It could be concluded that some criterions for the end-point control and real-time adjustments of RH refining process could be obtained using on-line gas analyzing system,shortening the RH refining time and upgrading smelting quality.
