摘　　要：真与意义是从逻辑与哲学的不同视角对语句真的两种不同解读,戴维森敏锐地捕捉到这一点,并成功地以经典逻辑的真理论为基础构建了其成真条件意义理论,实现了对自然语言意义的彻底解释。戴维森对自然语言中意义理论的探寻方式,无疑也给了我们很重要的启示。Truth and meaning are two different interpretations of the truth of a sentence in the view of logic and philosophy, which is incisively caught by Davidson. He establishes his theory of truth-condition meaning based on the theory of truth in classical logic and accomplishes the radical interpretation of meaning of natural language successfully. Davidson＇ s such search for the theory of meaning in natural language no doubt brings us important enlightenment.
