摘　　要：创新案例及理论研究表明,创新者的愿景在创新发生中发挥着重要作用。创新者对其存在价值的自觉及对事物未来发展前景的洞察是构成愿景的两个核心要素。愿景是推动创新发生的重要动力、创意产生与选择的重要源泉和标准,以及凝聚创新团队的精神内核。Innovation cases and theory research shows that the vision of innovators plays an important role in innovation occurrence. Vision consists of two core essential factors., innovators＂ consciousness for their existence value and prospects of the related things future development. Vision is not only the important power to promote innovation occurrence, but also the important source of idea putted forward and the standard of idea chosen, and the spirit kernel of condensing the innovation team.
