摘 要:针对盘式无铁心永磁同步风力发电机结构的特殊性及其电磁场分布的复杂性,采用电磁场有限元分析软件MagNet对一台样机进行了3D建模;设置了求解所需的边界条件;利用静态求解器得到了磁场分布规律;通过动态求解器计算了不同转速下的空载电压,并绘制了样机的空载特性曲线;最后通过空载试验验证了仿真模型的合理性及计算方法的正确性。According to the special structure and complex electromagnetic field distribution of axial flux coreless perma- nent magnet synchronous generator, a 3 D prototype model was established and its boundary conditions was set for solving by using electromagnetic finite element simulation software MagNet. No-load air-gap magnetic field was analyzed by using 3D static solver and no-load back-electromotive force at different speed was calculated by using 3D transient with motion sol- ver. Finally, no-load characteristic of the prototype generator was tested. The test results show that the simulation model is reasonable and the analysis method is effective.
