黄芪抗应激作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究黄芪对抗应激能力的影响。方法给小鼠灌服黄芪提取液 ,剂量分为2.5、7.5、15.0g/kg/d ,连续30天 ,然后分别对小鼠进行游泳试验、耐缺氧试验、耐低温和耐高温试验。结果服用黄芪的小鼠在上述试验条件下的生存时间均比对照组的延长。结论黄芪具有提高小鼠的抗应激能力的作用。Objective To study the effect of Astragalus hoangtchy on stimulus.Methods Mice given orally the extract of Astragalus hoangtchy with 2.5,7.5,15.0g/kg. bw respectively for 30 days were treated with a series of stimulators inclucling fatigue,hypoxia,heat and cold.Results Under above_mentioned stimulation condition,the living time of the mice given Astragalus hoangtchy were longer than that of control groups.Conclusion Astragalus hoangtchy could enhance the antistimulation ability of mice.
