摘  要:目的:研究枸骨叶中3类不同母核结构的三萜皂苷的ESI-MS裂解规律及其快速识别方法。方法:采用HPLC-ESI-MS技术研究3类三萜皂苷单体的ESI-MS(+)裂解规律,并采用该方法对药材中所含的3类成分进行快速识别。结果:3类三萜皂苷具有不同的ESI-MS(+)裂解特征;利用这些特征从枸骨叶提取物中快速筛选了29个三萜皂苷,其中10个可通过与对照品比对被准确鉴定。结论:利用HPLC-ESI-MS技术可以从复杂体系中快速筛选三萜皂苷类成分,为有目标的天然产物分离提供有效的方法。Objective :To investigate the ESI - MS characterization and rapid identification of three types of triter- penoid saponins with different parent nucleuses in Ilex cornuta. Methods: HPLC - ESI - MS method was used to investigate the ESI - MS ( + ) characteristics of those triterpenoid saponins, which were adopted to indentify three types of triterpenoid saponins in llex cornuta. Results: Three types of triterpenoid saponins have different ESI - MS ( + ) characteristics, by which 29 triterpenoid saponins were rapidly identified from the extract of Ilex cornuta. A- mong them, 10 compounds were accurately identified by comparison with reference substances. Conclusions:HPLC - ESI - MS has been provided not only as a new thread and method for rapidly identification of triterpenoid saponins from complex system, but also an effective method for target separation of constituents in natural drugs.
