希明婷片中27-脱氧升麻亭测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立重复性好的希明婷片中27-脱氧升麻亭的HPLC含量测定的方法。方法:采用CAPCELL PAK C18MG(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,柱温40℃,流动相为甲醇-水(58∶42),流速1.0 mL.min-1,采用蒸发光散射检测器,漂移管温度110℃,载气流速2.0 L.min-1。结果:27-脱氧升麻亭进样量在0.348～8.71μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.8%。结论:所选色谱条件耐用性好,适用希明婷片中27-脱氧升麻亭的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC - ELSD method for the determination of 27 - deoxyactein in Ximi- ngting tablets. Methods： For the determination of 27 - deoxyactein, CAPCELL PAK C 18 MG （ 5 μm, 4.6 mm× 150 mm） column was adopted, the column temperature was controlled at 40 ℃, the mobile phase was methanol -water （58： 42）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min- 1, and ELSD was used as the detector（ the air flow rate was 2. 0 L · min- 1, the temperature of drift tube was 110℃ ）. Results ：The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 348-8.71μg（r =0. 9999）,the average recovery was 98.3% with RSD of 1.8%. Conclusion：The method has good repetition;it can be used to control the quality of Ximingting tablets.
